POTW 2/12/18 - JEFF GRIFFIN

Jeff "Benji" Griffin celebrated his senior night last Tuesday at home against Penn State Schuylkill and finished off this weeks games earning 1,000 points at PSU Greater Allegheny. During Saturday's game he made PSU Scranton basketball history netting his 1,000th career point as a Nittany Lion on the road at Greater Allegheny with 10:22 remaining in the first half. Griffin, affectionately known as "Benji" to family and friends joined an exclusive group of athletes at the top of the record books in his last game in a PSU Scranton uniform. In the weeks performance he averaged 20 points per game and tallied 20 boards, culminating his senior season on a hot streak.
