Czekaj digs Scranton to weekend split

Freshman, libero, Shannon Czekaj is PSU Scranton's first player of the week for the 2018 Fall semester. Czekaj helped lead Scranton to a weekend split with PSU York and PSU Brandywine at home. On Saturday against York Czekaj tallied an impressive 39 digs in the 3-1 win over the visitors. She followed up her big day up with another 21 digs against Brandywine in a 3-0 loss to the road team giving her a staggering 60 digs on the weekend.

Watch Shannon and her team play at home this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday September 22-23 at 2 pm as they take on Penn State Wilkes Barre and Penn State Hazleton.
