Cardio/Weight Rooms

       

 

The Cardio and Weight Training areas are open to students, faculty, and staff during open recreation hours.  Here you can exercise on treadmills, a new Helix Lateral trainer, rowers, steppers, and elipticals.  You can also train with free weights and standing machines in the weight area. If you have any questions about the proper use of the machines please see athletic department personnel - they will be happy to assist you!
