DUNMORE, PA - On a crisp fall afternoon, Penn State Scranton played host to Penn State York in a midweek PSUAC showdown. The first half was tight as each team couldn't connect on goal, until 26:29 when senior forward, Mike Foder broke the drought netting the first goal of the game to give Scranton the early lead going into the second half.

The next period, both teams showed grit on defense holding each other scoreless before York sophomore, Gage Carter knotted the game up at 1-1, in the 88th minute of the game. With the game tied at the end of regulation, the thriller proceeded. With great plays and great saves,  neither team could find the upper hand  after two sudden death overtime periods the game ended in a draw, 1-1.

Scranton keeper, Clayton Martin, shined in goal with 11 saves on 12 shots on goal leading Scranton's defensive attack, while York keeper, TJ Succop, tallied 10 saves on 11 shots on goal.

The Scranton Lions will travel to local PSUAC member campus, Hazleton, for a Saturday match-up.
