DUNMORE, PA – As basketball season winds down, PSU Scranton Athletics honors the graduating seniors who have dedicated their days to their sport and teams throughout their time at Penn State Scranton. Each student-athlete puts in hours of hard work and devotion to the campus both on the court and in the classroom. This year PSU Scranton Athletics is set to honor seven seniors from the men's basketball and cheerleading teams.

Prior to the tip off of the men's basketball game against Penn State Lehigh Valley, about 7:30 PM, each senior will be recognized for their careers and accomplishments and presented a senior gift. Casey Holman, a three-year member of the men's basketball team and a member of the recently revived golf team will see his final action on his home court on Tuesday night. Four-year cheerleaders, Antonia Corma, Brooklyn Miller and Kayla Mickavicz will perform at their final home game on Tuesday night as well. Jillian Helferich, a three-year cheer team member will see her Scranton career conclude, along with two-year member Kaila Jefferson and one-year member Kassandra Salazar, who also played one season on the volleyball team at Penn State Scranton.

During halftime of the men's game, varisty seniors from other seasons teams will be recognized. Tuesday's senior night celebration will no doubt be filled with emotions as each student-athlete performs in front of their home fans, friends and families for the last time in hopes of pulling out a storybook ending to their home careers.
