DUNMORE, PA – Tonight PSU Scranton plays host for conference rivals PSU Hazleton in the first game of a two game season series.

January 9, 2019 at Scranton:

Hazleton took a 1-0 series lead on Scranton in a tightly contested game. Hazleton hit a buzzer beating three-point dagger as time expired in regulation to take game one 88-85. Sophomore power forward, Brandon Mohammed led Hazleton with a 21-point, 12 rebound double-double, sophomore shooting guard, Andy Kwiatkowski added 18 points and five boards and junior point guard, Robbie Hopkins poured in 11 points for Hazleton.

Scranton was led by sophomore guard, Arel Lamour with a double-double of 27 points, 11 rebounds and six assists for Scranton.

February 15, 2019 at Hazleton

Hazleton swept the season series over Scranton with a 91-71 win behind 27 points and five rebounds by Kwaitkowski and freshman forward, Scott Shamany added an 11-point, 15 rebound double-double.

Scranton was led by Lamour with 16 points and seven boards and sophomore guard, Mike Foder with 11 points and seven rebounds.
