Kasson places1st in PSUAC, Murray 2nd Cross Country Headed to USCAA Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, PA - The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams traveled to Penn State Mont Alto last Saturday   for the PSUAC XC Championship meet. 
Dunmore grad Matt Murray, freshman, took second place in the mens 8k event with a time of 30:24. Not to be outdone, freshman phenom Alicia Kasson of Vestal, NY captured the overall individual title becomming the 1st PSWS harrier to capture the top spot since 2-time USCAA All-American and now Assistant Coach Maureen Suchecki in 2009 & 2010. Alicia covered the 6k course in 27:57.
Both teams will travel to Virgina Beach, VA on November 10 and 11 to compete in the USCAA National Championship.
