Senior Athletes Participate in 47th Annual Commencement

Dunmore, PA - Senior student-athletes celebrated together on Friday, May 8 during Penn State Worthington Scranton's 47th Annual Commencement Ceremony in the Multi-Purpose Building on campus.  Representing each of the eight varsity sports, cheerleading and bowling, seniors walked the stage to receive their diplomas in front of a full house. Dr. Mary-Beth Krogh-Jespersen, campus Chancellor, addressed graduates for the last time before she retires on June 30.  Penn State Worthington Scranton Alumn Kim Kingsley, chief operating officer of Politico, delievered the commencement address. In all, 253 Penn State Worthington Scranton students celebrated graduation last week.
