Penn State Scranton Hosting 2017 PSUAC Playoffs

DUNMORE, PA - Playoffs for the PSUAC Baseball and Softball championships are upon us. Penn State Scranton will be the host of this year's tournaments on Sunday and Monday, May 7th and 8th. Games will be played at the Matt McGloin Baseball Field and the UGI Utility Softball Field, respectively. In both sports, the top seeds in the East and West sides of the conference will have byes and be automatically be playing at Penn State Scranton on May 7th and May 8th. The second and third seeds in both sports and both sides of the conference will have a play-in game on April 28th to determine which teams make it to the big show on May 7th. For the teams that survive the play-in games, the game times and schedule are as follows: (inclement weather resulted in a single elimination on Monday)
May 7th: Baseball Rain out
Game 1: WEST #1 vs Winner of EAST #2 and #3 10 AM
Game 2: EAST #1 vs Winner of WEST #2 and #3 12 PM
Game 3: Loser of Game 1 vs Loser of Game 2 3 PM
Game 4: Winner of Game 1 vs Winner of Game 2 5 PM
May 7th: Softball Rain Out
Game 1: WEST #1 vs Winner of EAST #2 and #3 11 AM
Game 2: EAST #1 vs Winner of WEST #2 and #3 1 PM

There will be a full concession stand open for spectators, staff, players, and coaches. Food Services will serve hot dogs, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers, amongst other things like snacks and drinks. Come on out and enjoy the show!
